- Each month we'll have a 75 minute online 1-1 business mentoring session tailored to your goals and challenges
- Email and chat support between sessions for guidance, encouragement, and accountability
- Workbooks and tools to support your progress, deepen your self-reflection, and nurture your business and spiritual growth
- A mid-session check-in to keep momentum going and allow you to share progress or challenges
- Session notes to help you stay clear and on track with your actions and insights

I specialise in coaching individuals who want to create or grow a purpose-led business which feels aligned with their true self.
I have supported coaches, social and wellness entrepreneurs, creatives and holistic practitioners in taking the life-changing steps to launch their businesses.
I draw from my own experience as a coach and business owner. Plus that from my 20 years as a business consultant and in commercial roles for some well known brands such as Sainsbury’s and Boots, to deliver a knowledgeable, insightful and empathetic programme of support.
