I work with both private clients and organisations, delivering coaching on a One-to-One basis. I create a personalised programme which meets individual needs, based around some of the Mindset and Practical Support areas above.
Every client has access to coaching worksheets and tools which support their ongoing development as well as guiding our sessions. The programme kicks off with a Work Life Assessment which enables clients to take an overview of their life and start making positive changes which can restore balance.
Sessions are held via webcam. The recommended frequency of sessions is either every week or every fortnight, depending on the client’s circumstances.
I offer 3, 6 and 12 session One-to-One Redundancy Coaching packages. Plus I have an online group programme coming soon.
