The Work Happy Blueprint is a 3 month Programme.  This is widely recognised by coaches as a minimum amount of time to create sustainable, impactful change.  Change doesn’t happen overnight, but over 3 months you will have the time to reflect, do the work and start to see little successes which will build momentum.  

Coaching sessions are typically held over the phone every 2 weeks.  Every session involves an activity (guided by me) and a set of actions for you to commit to for the following session.  In between sessions, there will be the opportunity to email me with any pressing concerns or questions.  

The Programme is structured but does allow for an element of fluidity, to ensure that we are working in the moment and addressing whatever comes up for you in session or in between session. We kick things off with a 90 minute Discovery Session which gives us both plenty of insights as to where you are and where you want to get to and establishes our working relationship for the Programme. 

My approach uses a combination of mindset and practical tools, together with intuition and curiosity to bring you results which last.  I follow the Co-Active Coaching model which means I treat you as a capable, whole person and focus on the inter-connectedness of each area of your life. 


Session 1

Discover your motivation

We will tap into your values and the things that are most important to you to live a happy life. We will then look at how aligned you are currently and discover new sources of motivation and ideas for how you can bring more balance and fulfilment to your work.

Session 2

Envision your new future

We will develop a clear picture on how you want your life to look and feel, setting well-defined goals for what you want and when you want it. We will use the magic of visualisation to bring it life and, building on the values work from session 1, we will link it to your all important ‘why’?

Session 3

Move past your blocks

Here we will confront whatever has been getting in the way for you (both known and unknown). We will uncover any unhelpful beliefs and deep-seated fears and start replacing them with new beliefs and a mindset which will turn you into an attracting force for the life and work that you want.

Session 4

Plan for your success

We will create a simple road map to get you from when you are now to your new future, minimising any overwhelm and building self-belief in the process.  We will look at new ways to harness your precious resources (your time, money, energy, space and support) to set you up for success. 

Session 5

Explore your unique needs

Here we will deep dive into a topic from your plan that you need extra support on which is integral to your success. It could be discovering new career options, a focus on setting up your own business, how to harness your creative talent or enhancing your CV or preparing you for an interview. 

Session 6

Review and take action

In this final session we review your Blueprint and prepare you to take action (whilst celebrating your successes so far). We reflect on and refine your goals and ensure you have the clarity, motivation and self-belief you need to create your exciting new future.

For any needs beyond the scope of this Programme, I have monthly coaching plans so you can stay on track with your goals and maintain the momentum and accountability.
