I provide Workplace Wellbeing Coaching for mid-career professionals in the Manchester, Cheshire and Derbyshire regions to enable them to find a more balanced, healthier and happier working life.  Having been in the Corporate World myself and having experienced the struggle with finding balance, confidence and clarity, I am passionate about enabling organisations to support their people so they don’t have to struggle too.

I use an holistic approach to coaching which enables each person to create the most lasting change and enhances their wellbeing on all three levels: physical, mental and spiritual. The world is starting to become more aware of the value of focussing on the spiritual dimension in the workplace. Forward-thinking organisations are now recognising the impact that such practices as using intuition, mindfulness and meditation can have on their growth and reputation.

One-To-One Coaching

Focussed 45 or 60 minute sessions either with a Personalised Coaching Plan or a structured session agenda to reach agreed goals. Areas of focus selected from topics above. A great way to demonstrate commitment to employee wellbeing, especially when added as part of a benefits package.


Ideal for those employees identified as:

✓ Struggling with confidence
✓ High potential to reach
✓ On the verge of quitting
✓ Facing redundancy


One-to-One sessions provide the most objective, private and confidential space to support your employees. They are proven to increase clarity, motivation and belief through accountability.

A minimum of 6 sessions per person.
Session frequency and location are both flexible.

Half day includes 4 x 45 minute sessions
Full day includes 8 x 45 minute sessions

Prices from £895 per person

Group Coaching

Bite-size 60 or 90 minute workshops focussed on a key wellbeing topic from above. These interactive sessions provide time and space away from the desk and a confidential space to share with others. An efficient and cost effective way to promote employee wellbeing among your organisation.

Workshops can be delivered as one-offs, as a series which builds over time or as a launch platform for a programme of one-to-one coaching.
