For the past 8 years I’ve born witness to the incredible transformations people can make to their wellbeing and to their working lives, with a little guidance from a coach. And it is my mission to make this life-changing support more accessible to people through their employer.
I’ve been there myself. I worked in the corporate world for 14 years for the likes of Sainsbury’s and Boots, and I know first hand what challenges people face in such environments. Feelings of imposter syndrome, feeling on the brink of a breakdown, feeling disconnected from your job, your boss and your employer.
It doesn’t need to be that way.
By investing in a coach, many of these issues can be dissolved. It’s amazing how many times a client comes to me on the verge of handing their notice in, only to be reconnected to that same position and organisation just a few months later.
As an employer, you can play a vital role not only in the wellbeing of your employees, but in helping raise the consciousness of the whole planet. Through my one-to-one coaching work, I have already supported a range of organisations including schools, healthcare providers, tech companies and creative businesses with their workplace wellbeing.

Re-prioritising and setting new boundaries so your employees can enjoy more balance and calm in their working life.
Creating new physical and mental wellbeing habits which restore a sense of peace and vitality such as meditation, fitness, sleep, diet.
Clarifying their values and any misalignment so that your employees can take steps to greater motivation and happiness.

I offer an introductory one-to-one coaching session to enable your employees to test the waters with coaching and begin the process of awakening their working life. The impact will be felt right from the start as I bring fresh clarity and solutions and move people into taking action with accountability.
These sessions provide a low-risk way for your organisation to offer coaching as part of an initiative such as a wellness week. They also enable you to gauge the uptake for a more regular programme of coaching or inclusion in your employee benefits package.
(Each employee can be assessed in terms of their fit/need for further coaching.)
A programme of one-to-one coaching sessions built around your employees’ needs with a personalised coaching plan to reach agreed transformation goals. For example: a goal of greater happiness, impact or sustainability within a current role or successfully transitioning into a new role.
One-to-one sessions provide the most objective, private and confidential space to support your employees. They are proven to increase clarity, motivation and belief through accountability.
For optimum results, I recommend a minimum of 6 sessions over 3 months.
Sessions can be held either remotely via webcam or on-site (depending on location and availability).
Mentoring sessions are designed to guide and inspire employees towards reaching a career development goal, navigating their career path, beginning a new role or finding greater peace and fulfilment within their current role. In these sessions, I draw on my own personal experience plus my experience as a coach to provide employees with the necessary advice, and to act as a sounding board and an external champion of their wellbeing and success.
Sessions can be held either remotely via webcam or on-site (depending on location and availability).
I have been supporting this Manchester-based school with workplace wellbeing for the past 5 years. I have worked at all levels of the organisation, delivering one-to-one coaching for key members of the team with a range of topics. These have included: time management, effectiveness, connection to purpose and establishing boundaries and new habits.
The results have included improved work life balance, career progression and increased efficiency and inspiration within the senior leadership team.
